Photomasks

Photomasks are used in microfabrication of products in semiconductor, hybrid circuit, microwave, nanotechnology, display and other electronic industries. Microfabrication involves photolithographic process which selectively removes parts of a thin film or the bulk of a substrate where light transfers a geometric patterns from a photo mask to a light-sensitive chemical photoresist.

We offer wide range of photomasks ranging from smaller masks up to large masks for FPD production, all manufactured in a world-class facility in Japan. Our basic photomask lineup includes hard chrome masks on soda-lime and quartz glass, emulsion masks and low cost polyester film masks.

Film photomask

film_mask_structureVery cost-efficient and easy to handle photomask based on a polyester substrate. We use only high quality polyester films from Fuji and Kodak.

  • substrate thickness: 175 µm

Emulsion glass photomask

glass_mask_structurePrecise photomask prepared mostly on soda-lime glass substrate. Mask has good dimensional accuracy and does not suffer from humidity induced problems. Suitable for high resolution high accuracy process.

  • size up to 1100 x 1550 mm
  • minimum line width: 10 µm
  • substrate: soda-lime glass
  • substrate thickness: 1.0 to 5.0 mm

Chrome glass photomask

chrome_mask_structureHard chrome coating provides very high dimensional accuracy and long service life. Glass substrate has excellent structural accuracy and does not suffer from humidity induced problems. Soda-lime glass can be replaced with synthetic quartz which has low thermal expansion and high optical transmittance. Chrome surface can be delivered with various levels of reflectivity to best fit your application.

  • substrate thickness: 1.0 to 5.0 mm
